Please be advised that a draft for the 2009 Challenge Cup Schedule will be released early next week.
Regular Season to start play – June 13
Originally, the NLSA had planned to have an All – Star Challenge Cup game on June 13, 2009 but now we have decided to start the regular season on June 13, 2009 . As a result, the NLSA won’t be having the All-Star game that it originally had planned. The NLSA has moved to a new web site, with an updated design. We’ve moved most material over from the old site but there may be a few missing links or documents. We’ll attempt to get everything back to normal in the next week or so and expect that the new site will deal with several problems reported to us by users over the last few months.

The annual professional development day for referees took Saturday, May 30, in St. John’s, featuring educational sessions and seminars to get officials ready for the coming season.

The NLSA will be hosting the B License Pre-Test Course in St. John’s on the weekend of May 22-24th.
To be eligible for the course you must be a fully trained Community Course (all three community levels). The fee for the course is $80 and must be submitted in advance, with all cheques being made payable to the NLSA.
