Registration Form, Player Contract,  and tryout fee of $35 (cheque or exact cash) must be received at the NLSA office no later than Wednesday, Oct 14th. These items can be submitted to the NLSA office (Suite 210, Building 810 in Pleasentville) Monday-Friday 9:00-4:00 or mailed to:
