David Benning, Canadian Soccer Association National Team Staff Coach, will be in Newfoundland this weekend for the RTC/NTC Scouting weekend. The NLSA puts off these scouting weekends to display the talents of our province’s top players and expose them to National Team Coaches. The RTC is a potential avenue for players to move to the National Training Center-Atlantic in Halifax. All sessions will be held at the new field turf facility at the Team Gushue Sports Complex in Mount Pearl.

7:30pm Boys Intersquad game (The boys)

Saturday November 28, 2009

9:30am RTC Girls vs. St.John’s U18 girls
11am RTC Boys vs. St.John’s U18 Boys

2pm Meeting with provincial team coaches (Mt.Pearl Clubhouse)
3pm Meeting with parents of players involved with the RTC/NTC program (Mt.Pearl Clubhouse)

4pm Girls Training session with David Benning
5:30pm Boys Training session with David Benning
