STANDARDS FOR FITNESS TESTS
The following standards are the ones used for the National Training Center Players.
These are based on tests done on a mix of U-14 and U-16 players.
The standards are as follows.
Multistage Fitness Test (Beep) Girls (10.3) Boys (11.5) – (A copy of the “Beep test” CD can be obtained by contacting the Technical Director at the NLSA office).
Repeated High Intensity (6x80m) 30% drop off
Illinois Agility Test without ball -14.6 sec. with ball – 18.2 sec.
Sit and Reach Test Standards are already present on test sheet.
